Our internal wood glue GP2 is a D2 specification PVA adhesive for general internal bonding of wood-based substrates and joinery. For example – it’s suitable for wooden upholstered furniture frames, bed frames, dowels, battens, soft wood staircases, balustrades, and wooden ornaments. Moreover, this product is also suitable for bonding soft wood, MDF, chipboard, plywood, and many other wood-based substrates. It must be remembered that this adhesive dries to an off-white colour. However, should you require a clear transparent glue line, then our Premium D3 PVA Glue is the product for you.
NB – GP2 is NOT suitable where a water-resistant or waterproof bond is required. Therefore, use Premium PVA Wood Glue if a water-resistant bond is required, or WP4 if a waterproof bond is required.
